What this form is

This is the permission we need before we can publish your work in Boudoir Inspiration. You keep the copyright in your photographs - this grants us a licence to publish them, it does not transfer ownership. Signing it is not a guarantee of publication; every series is reviewed first.

How it works

You sign this once. It covers this submission and any future ones, so you never have to sign it again.

Your models sign theirs. Every person in the photographs needs their own release. You can send them a prefilled link from your account, which is faster for them than starting from scratch.

We review and publish. If your series is selected you are credited by name or business name in print, on the site and on social, and you get a free digital copy of the issue.

Questions photographers actually ask

Do I lose the copyright in my photographs?

No. The release is explicit that at no time does Boudoir Inspiration assume rights to the photographs themselves. You are granting permission to publish, reproduce and make the edits needed to fit the page - cropping and resizing. The work stays yours and you can license it elsewhere.

Am I paid, and do I get a copy?

There is no payment, reimbursement, royalty or free printed copy - the release says so plainly and we would rather you read it here than discover it later. What you do get is a free digital copy of the issue you appear in, and a credit in every instance of publication under your name or business name as you enter it below.

What do I have to guarantee about my models?

Two things, and they are the ones we take most seriously. That you have the right to publish the people in the pictures, and that you have personally verified every person in them is at least 18. You are accepting responsibility for that age verification. Each model also signs her own release - you can send her a prefilled link from your account once you are signed in.

How long does this last, and does it cover future work?

It is written to be perpetual and irrevocable, and it applies to work you have already submitted, are submitting now, and submit in future. That means you only sign once - but it also means you should read it before you do, because you cannot withdraw it later.

Is it exclusive? Can I publish the work elsewhere?

It is not exclusive. You keep your copyright, so you are free to publish, sell or license the same work anywhere else. Signing does not tie the images to us.

Does signing mean my work will be published?

No. Submitting content or completing this release is not a guarantee of publication - every series is reviewed. If it is published, it is your job rather than ours to tell everyone involved that it ran.

The photographer hereby grants Boudoir Inspiration magazine permission to use the photography or other content submitted (either in this webiste of or any other form such as email or Kavyar) in their publication, including their website & social media, printed magazine issues and internet postings. The photographer verifies that he/she has the right to publish the people in the pictures and that he/she owns the rights to have these pictures (or other content) distributed, published, or otherwise promoted by Boudoir Inspiration as they see fit for their publication. The photographer certifies that this work of art is not plagiarized from another source.

The photographer understands that the picture(s) (or other content) submitted to Boudoir Inspiration Magazine may be used in their publication in print or digitally as well as on their website and other social media and internet postings.

The photographer acknowledges and agrees that proper credit will be given in every instance of publication by Boudoir Inspiration Magazine. The photographer’s name and/or business name, as provided during the submission process, will be included alongside their published photos or other content in both print and digital formats, including website features and social media postings, ensuring that the photographer receives appropriate recognition for their work.

The photographer understands that by completing this submission form only allows Boudoir Inspiration Magazine to use her/his photos (or other content) in their online and print publications and other online channels, and at no time will Boudoir Inspiration Magazine assume rights to the photos (or other content) themselves, other than photographer allowing them the right to publish the photos (or other content) submitted and should they then post pages from the publication on their website or in internet postings.

The photographer understands that at no time shall he/she gets paid, re-imbursed, compensated, given a free print copy of the magazine, or given royalties, now or at any point in the future by Boudoir Inspiration Magazine, if otherwise stated by Boudoir Inspiration Magazine when the acceptance message is sent to the photographer. a free digital copy will be provided to the photographer once the issue is published. The photographer hereby irrevocably authorizes Boudoir Inspiration Magazine to copy, exhibit, publish or distribute these photos (or other content) in their publication for purposes of publicizing Boudoir Inspiration Magazine in their publication, website or internet postings or for any other lawful purpose. The photographer also gives the right for Boudoir Inspiration Magazine to make any necessary edits (i.e. crop/resize .....) to fit the publication.

The photographer hereby holds harmless and releases and forever discharges Boudoir Inspiration Magazine from all claims, demands, and causes of action which he/she, her/his heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on her/his behalf or on the behalf of her/his estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

The photographer certifies that the person or ALL person(s) in the photo(s) are at least 18 years of age. If they are under the age of 18, I certify that their parent or legal guardian has given approval. The photographer has read this release and fully understands the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.

The photographer certifies that he/she has verified the age of all person(s) appearing in the submitted content and confirms that all individuals are at least 18 years of age at the time of the photography session. The photographer accepts full responsibility for this age verification.

The photographer affirms that all given statements to the magazine are true. As the provider, he/she also understands that submissions of content, or completion of release, is not a guarantee of publication. If Work is published, it is the duty of the provider (and not Boudoir Inspiration Magazine) to notify all involved parties of their involvement in the final product.

This agreement is perpetual and irrevocable. It applies to all content previously submitted, currently submitted, and any future submissions to Boudoir Inspiration Magazine. This release remains in full force and effect indefinitely from the date of signing.
