What this form is

Boudoir Inspiration is a boudoir, artistic nude and lingerie magazine. Before we can publish a photograph of you, the law and our printers require your written permission. That is all this page is. Signing it does not commit you to anything else, and it does not mean your photographs will definitely be published - every series is reviewed first.

How it works

You sign, once. About two minutes. You need your name, an email address and your date of birth.

We review the series. Your photographer submits the work. If it is selected, we tell you before it goes to print.

You are credited and get a copy. Your name runs alongside the work in print, on the site and on social, and you get a free digital copy of the issue.

Questions models actually ask

Is my email address, phone number or date of birth ever public?

No. Only your name is published, as your credit. Your email, phone, address and date of birth are never shown on the site or in the magazine. We ask for your date of birth because we have to be able to show that everyone we publish is an adult.

Do I have to sign this?

No. It is your decision, and nothing happens if you decide not to - we simply cannot publish photographs of you. If you are unsure, talk to your photographer first, or write to us at hello@boudoirinspiration.com.

What if I change my mind later?

Be aware that this permission is written to be permanent, and issues that have already been printed cannot be recalled. But write to hello@boudoirinspiration.com and we will listen, and we will stop using your images in future promotion. A person reads that inbox, not a robot.

You do not have to rely on our goodwill. If you are in the UK or the EU you can make a formal request to erase your personal data or to object to how it is used, under Articles 17 and 21 of the GDPR, and we must answer you within one month. Wherever you live you can send us a written removal request, and you keep whatever image, privacy and publicity rights your own country gives you. Nothing you sign here takes those away.

One thing worth knowing so you are not sent down the wrong path: a DMCA notice is a copyright tool, and the copyright in these photographs belongs to the photographer, not to you. A DMCA notice from you would simply fail. The routes above are the ones that actually apply to you.

Do I have to become a member?

An account is created for you so that you can find this signed form again, receive your free digital copy and be credited correctly. You choose the username at the end. You are not charged for anything, ever.

Who can see what I sign?

You and Boudoir Inspiration, and the photographer who invited you. You can download your signed copy any time from your account, and we email it to you as soon as you sign.

I hereby assign full copyright of these photographs to the above-mentioned photographer (and the related representatives and assigns) and Boudoir Inspiration Magazine together with the right of reproduction either wholly or in part.

I grant to the Photographer or licensees or assignees or Boudoir Inspiration Magazine the permission to can the above-mentioned photographs either separately or together, either wholly or in part, the perpetual and irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish video and/or photographs of me, or where I may be included for editorial trade, product advertising and such other fashion /business purpose in any manner and medium.

The Photographer and licensees or assignees or Boudoir Inspiration Magazine may have unrestricted use of these for whatever purpose, including advertising, with any retouching or alteration without restriction. I agree that the above mentioned photographs and any reproductions shall be deemed to represent an imaginary person, and further agree that the Photographer or any person authorized by or acting on his or her behalf may use the above mentioned photographs or any reproductions of them for any advertising purposes or for the purpose of illustrating any wording, and agree that no such wording shall be considered to be attributed to me personally unless her/his name is used.

I undertake not to Prosecute or to institute proceedings, claims or demands against either the Photographer or his or her agents or Boudoir Inspiration Magazine in respect of any usage of the above mentioned photographs. I hereby release the photographer named above and Boudoir Inspiration Magazine from all claims and liability relating to images, video or photographs taken of me.

I certify that I am at least 18 years of age at the time of signing this release. I understand that Boudoir Inspiration Magazine requires all models to be at least 18 years of age, and I confirm that the date of birth I have provided is accurate.

This agreement is perpetual and irrevocable. It applies to all content previously submitted, currently submitted, and any future submissions to Boudoir Inspiration Magazine. This release remains in full force and effect indefinitely from the date of signing.

Boudoir Inspiration Magazine undertakes that proper credit will be given in every instance of publication. The model's name, as provided during this signing process, will be included alongside the published photographs in both print and digital formats, including website features and social media postings. Boudoir Inspiration Magazine further undertakes to provide the model with a free digital copy of any issue in which she or he appears, once that issue is published, and to respond to any request from the model regarding the use of the published photographs, sent to hello@boudoirinspiration.com.
